She spent 14 years studying and working between Ohio, New York, and LA, ultimately landing in Pittsburgh in 2016 to open her lifestyle shop Ruhling, which closed in 2021 due to the pandemic. She has a background in fashion design, visual merchandising, buying, and management, and is currently the Lead Stylist for a large commercial sportswear retailer, working with brands like The North Face, New Balance, Nike, On, Converse, and Calia.
